I haven't seen Stefan on the street, but that is pretty much an accurate representation of the number of cigarettes that people in Romania smoke each day...

The kid in the blue windbreaker, however, was entered into the Guiness Book for most cigarettes second-hand smoked at one time.

I did smoke some for you while I was there-- a few first-hand, and many, many more secondhand...
