Miami in the Springtime
Thought you might enjoy this foto from my recent trip to Florida. Though the picture is small (It's from my phone), It tells an interesting story. If you look carefully, you can see a line of wheelchairs so long it turns a corner. It was taken at the airport. One gate had so many elderly going home that the pre-board took longer than loading the rest of the plane.

That's truly bizarre. I don't usually use that word, but that photo is a special occasion.
No wonder so many flights are delayed.
that is not me in the 3rd chair on the left
Uncle Jim! I'm glad you are not yet in a wheelchair. Or then maybe I'm just glad you're not in Florida. It'll be well into the 90's today (that's 32+ for you Celsius types).
And there was me thinking it was a conga line in a rest home.

Ha! Lostdog, it could just as well be that!
vuzobdad: A small but angry city in Uzbekistahn.
I boarded a plane out of Tampa in a wheelchair some years back. Pre-boarding that day put me into a 'first class' seat so I didn't have to get in the way of the folks in the back with my broken foot and crutches. I had never been in 'first class' before and have never been since. But I don't long for the attention ... or the broken foot. Guess I'll stay content here in the hoosier 'heat' and corn - my preferred temp is between 70-80f [21-27c]. tell your bro 'hey!'
Right now, the love is in Miami.
