City planners weren't sure how to replace a washed-out foot bridges until one of the council members pointed out the surplus in transit busses.

One of the few times you'd actually prefer to be stuck between a rock and hard place.
Many people thought the franchise had lost momentum after Speed 2. The residents of Khazakstan thought differently, but soon ran into their own unique production problems.
Somewhat ironically, the Muddy Waters tribute band had to cancel the rest of their tour due to "unforeseen circumstances".
Like a bus over troubled waters...
Once again, the Extreme Minimalist School of Bridge construction faced a doubting public.-fry
