Damn, I'm the Starlate Express. That thing is never on time. I think they list their schedule entries +- 3 hours.

You're the Coast Starlight!
A lover of the Pacific Ocean, you could even be called a
pacifist. You enjoy whale watching, surfing, long walks on the beach, and
probably even tree-hugging. With all of this environmental focus, you
remind people that you're just trying to keep the rest of the world as
beautiful as you are. While you say that you expend a lot of energy, many
have accused you of just coasting.

Take the Trains and Railroads Quiz
at RMI Miniature Railroads.

Is it true of you, though, that's the question?

Completely. Even the late part.

I'm Britrail. Teehee!

You're BritRail!
Your traditions and practices are so old that it could almost be said that you invented everything. Yet you've managed to roll with the punches and update yourself sufficiently to be quite trendy as well. While you're a bit isolated from the rest of the communities around you, you do your best to keep everything connected. While this isolation has long been a primary strength, you now find it to be a difficult weight to carry. Atleast you no longer have to pound.

*sigh* Isolated yet keeping things connected. How melodramatic!

I'm a Bay Area Rapid Transit:
With a flair for the liberal and progressive, many think that you're way out in left field. You like to visit as many left fields as you can, as well as airports and universities, though you're not as useful at your job as some might expect. You've been known to hold your breath underwater for longer than anyone really thought possible. Your favorite Simpson is Bart.

I'm the Shanghai Transrapid, apparently:
"Obsessed with magnets and the general study of physics, people have often accused you of being a little nerdy. This time it's paid big dividends, however, as you've proven that something others only speculated about can be done. Rather than trying to reinvent the wheel, you've come up with something creative and yet simple and practical. Taking a brief break from science, you are sometimes known to meditate as well, achieving slight levitation when you really focus."

"You're the Ghost Train!"

"You often feel that you're the subject of songs, legends, and even myths. But are you really feeling something real or is this just an overactive imagination? Is something really calling to you in the great beyond or do you just really like Halloween? Only you can answer this question, howling through the darkness as you have been known to do. Maybe you've spent too much time in philosophy classes, but you're not even really sure that you exist. This is only part of the reason that you tend to scare other people."

Ha, I scare other people. I'm only aware of one person that seems to have any sort of fear regarding me.

Maybe everyone else is too scared to tell me?

No, of course not! Why would you ever think such a thing? I, erm, ah, just need to go... do... something.

You're the Ocean Limited!
Speaking both French and English, you have quite a cosmopolitan flair. At the same time, your favorite pastimes include coastal jaunts to the beach, or perhaps boating and fishing. Though you used to prefer to wake up early, you're now much more of a night owl. You are extremely provincial. Your favorite machine is the FAX.

You're the Shinkansen!

From grade school to today, you've always left a trail of dust in your wake....You have a very long, thin nose.

- was going so well up until that last sentence! (Like my ancestors before me, I have a short stubby nose.)

I think I dreamed this a long time ago.

You're the Qinghai-Tibet Railway!

A highly controversial figure in your area, you are not above causing a little trouble in the name of what you believe. Many are debating
whether you believe in the unity and convenience you claim to stand for or whether it's all just a ruse to get back at an old enemy. Whatever the situation actually is, no one can argue that you haven't been very clever in making your vision come to life. Breaking new ground was bound to stir up trouble anyway. While it seems like you've been around for a while, you really only get going in 2006.
