Don't read that stuff. I read it too, and it freaked me out. I never did like nasal sprays. I've heard that Cold Eez has helped in the past though. Isn't that a throat lozenge?
I heard that the problem was from people shoving the stuff way up their noses where the sun don't shine and frying the bedazzlin out of them membranes.
The only bad effect I ever had was that my sinuses were EXTREMELY sensitive for about a week (breathing normally felt like snorting nitro glycerin), but it was my own fault. I used way too much, like el fid mentions. Guess I'll follow instructions next time...
Just wait a few days, it should be fine. If not, then at least you have some fine litigation fodder, right?
