You beat me to the answer of Iguana, but the rest I'm stumped by. It isn't easy to google for images (unless you have the original picture file name?). I'll guess that his name is Izzy, and he works as a model in some warm climate, taking pictures with children for about $5.

Common Green Iguana, I believe. Probably at a children's birthday party as part of a petting zoo or some such.
This photo was emailed to me by a friend. Only he gave absolutely no indication what it was. And my natural curiosity got the best of me. Again.
There was an iguana like this in a Genesis video back in the 90s. The video was for the song "I Can't Dance", and this iguana comes running across the beach in one scene. It looks like that.
There's also an iguana in the original "Terminator".
I don't think (s)he's green.
Yes, but not all green iguanas look green. Especially from the shoulders up.
He's the new White House Press Secretary?
I don't know why, but I really want to believe that this iguana's chillin' backstage at the circus.

Hamilton's character kisses it in the movie, too. And yes, I believe that little boy's name in Adams Family was Pugsley. :)
That's Roland Escobar, he was the stunt double for the spitting lizard that killed the fat guy in one of the Jurassic Park movies.
Oh yeah, that was the first Jurassic Park, where the spittin' lizard killed Newman. I like that part.
