I have been better, Step-sis. Lots of pressure at work - had a second large panic attack on the way to a meeting today. Called the boss and went home. Frankly the screw has been tuning for a while and I can no longer cope with the workload coupled with lack of meaningful support. We are going to discuss it tomorrow.
Bazza, I am so sorry to hear that. DO feel like it is a situation where things can improve if you speak openly about it or do you think you will need to marshall your reserve and look for employment elsewhere?
I will be thinking very supportive sisterly thoughts of you! : )
