I'm Engaged!
This is one happy girl writing. Raymond proposed on our vacation to Sacramento, Napa Valley and Lake Tahoe. (well, technically, he just proposed in Tahoe, but you know what I mean). The ring pictured above. We plan to marry within the year, but we have yet to figure out how and when! Weddings are crazy expensive. Who knew? I'm a Justice of the Peace kind of girl, myself. I guess we'll see!

Wow within the year? Here I'm thinking maybe in the spring of 08 or something, but this year? Excellent! I'm so happy for both of you, this is very exciting!
OK, Tara, you're actually closer to the truth with the Spring of '08. When I say "within the year" I actually mean within one year's time. ie, next October we should be hitched. Guess I should clarify... : )

Finally we get to see the lucky guy - and yourself, looking quite fine, I must add.
Word to the wise - conserve on wedding expenditures if possible, and spend the money other fun or investments. Easier said than done, I know.
