Wow, priceyest blog I've seen yet. Mine's only worth $500, but that's about $500 more than I'd imagined.

Not at all, honestus. I provide useless advice free of charge. Here's my secret: suck up to anybody who comes even remotely near your blog for about six months. Then make your regulars compete in humiliating contests and reward them at your whim. This confuses them as to whether they will actually ever get rewarded. At which point they'll just hang out in hopes of ever getting their promised prize.
Mine's worth nothing. Imagine that.

norm, no you're not supposed to be humiliated (where do you come up with this stuff). I was making fun of myself for thus far failing to reward the three recent caption contest winners. Sheesh! So touchy. ; )
And no nude photo shoots! I'll hire a blind musician to take those photos.

As a photographer from the pre-digital era who has done his share of black-and-white nudes, I tend to forget that not everybody is enthusiastic about helping to create art.
My policy is to ask everyone I meet to model nude for me...Ok, almost everybody. That way, I get enough positive responses to keep me in models.

Well, that explains a lot. I know there were times when I obviously had the best caption and didn't win. I should've realized you were just toying with me. I feel so cheap. (sniff)
K....I feel like a big dork, but how do you know what it's worth? Mine on blogspot, nada....I know another one is worth something. But this one...I'm confused. I'm normally this way...it's not new.
Hey, [brian]'s back! Did all this talk of blog money pull you back to the world of blog? I know I only spend time here for the money. And the perks. The blog commenter health care package is awesome.
Temple, I think it only calculates technorati users. So if you sign up for technorati to hound your site then it will do this stupid little service of quantifying your blog worth. Seems a bit silly now that I think of it...
And your blog is not worthless, as you yourself have pointed out! : )
