I was going to leave a congratulatory note on commenting on the perspicacity of your lexicographical statement.
But Unclejim beat me to it.
Thank you both for your kind words. My curiosity was piqued two weeks ago at a college commencement ceremony, when one of the speakers trotted out this word in their address. It would not leave me alone until I discovered the unvarnished truth: there is no such word as "congratutory."
